DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is signed between the following parties within the framework of the stipulated provisions and conditions.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, upon approving the subject order, they assume the obligation to pay the order amount, as well as any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes if specified, and acknowledges being informed about this.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms will represent the explanations provided next to them.

  • MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade.
  • MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade.
  • LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
  • REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188).
  • SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than providing movable goods for a fee or benefit.
  • SELLER: The company providing goods to the consumer in the context of commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf or on behalf of the entity providing the goods.
  • BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or professional purposes.
  • SITE: The website owned by the SELLER.
  • ORDERING PARTY: The natural or legal person requesting a product or service from the SELLER's website.
  • PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER.
  • CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.

If a campaign is organized by the seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the campaign date.

7.2. Sales Price: The sales prices listed on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.

9. GENERAL TERMS

9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and confirmed the basic qualities of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, and the payment and delivery information on the SELLER's website before confirming the order electronically. The BUYER acknowledges that they have received accurate and complete information about the delivery address, basic features of the ordered products, product prices including taxes, and payment and delivery information.

9.2. The SELLER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will deliver the product subject to the contract in full, in accordance with the specified qualifications, and if there is a campaign organized by the seller, they will provide a different product with equal quality and price with the consent of the BUYER.

9.3. The SELLER agrees, declares, and undertakes that if the fulfillment of the order becomes impossible before the fulfillment of the contractual obligations arising from the order expires, they will inform the BUYER within 3 days of learning about the situation and will refund the total price to the BUYER within 14 days.
