CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
When ordering through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-notification form and the distance sales contract.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs for the product, including shipment expenses, shall be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified qualities in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate, user manual, if any.
In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:
- If the buyer does not pay the purchased product price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD IN PURCHASES:
- After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment credit card was unauthorizedly used by unauthorized persons, and if the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense.
UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- In case of unforeseeable force majeure reasons that prevent the delivery of the product within the specified period, the situation is communicated to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment made in cash is refunded within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card and is canceled, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting the delivery; damaged or defective goods/services should not be accepted from the shipping company. The received goods/services are considered undamaged and sound. The buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability, by notifying the seller through the contact information provided below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.
To use the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions regarding "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Used" in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER, (In returns of orders invoiced by companies, the return invoice issued by the company must be sent together. Return of orders invoiced by companies cannot be completed without the RETURN INVOICE being issued.)
Return form, the box of the products to be returned, packaging, and, if any, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and return the documents that put the BUYER in debt within the maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice by the SELLER.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the product within the right of withdrawal period.
In case the campaign limit amount is reduced due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount enjoyed within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
Products prepared according to the BUYER's request or explicitly for personal needs, which are not suitable for return, including underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, perishable or likely to exceed the expiration date after delivery, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene after the package is opened by the BUYER, products mixed with other products after delivery and inherently cannot be separated, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription agreements, instant services performed electronically or non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly, such as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, their return is not possible according to the Regulation if their packaging is opened by the BUYER. Also, the exercise of the right of withdrawal for services that have started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period is not possible according to the Regulation.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must have unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused packaging for them to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- If the BUYER defaults on the payment transactions made by credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that it will pay interest to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and himself, and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; the BUYER may be charged for the expenses and attorney's fees, and in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in the performance of the debt.
